Bull Llengua Negre (Black tongue boiled sausage)

A completely traditional product with an entirely manual sausage making process. It has been made from different parts of the pig, with pepper, salt, blood and natural casing and a complete pig’s tongue inside. Preservation is entirely natural, using salt and pepper only. The cooking process has been very slow in order to guarantee full flavour.

Contains no gluten, lactose or dairy derivatives.
